Conference fees

CORP offers the following conditions for participation (each fee is valid for one person):

Your conference fee includes

  • unlimited and free access on all conference days of REAL CORP 2017 (12-14 September 2017)
  • catering on all conference days (coffee breaks, lunch breaks)
  • participation at side events of REAL CORP 2017 (informal welcome meeting, evening reception, excursions and guided expert tours) as long as no additional service charge is mentioned
  • conference materials incl. proceedings (CD-ROM version)
  • one standard conference presentation (15-20 minutes) and publication of the related scientific paper in the conference proceedings

You want to have more than one conference presentation?

Your conference fee includes one standard conference presentation. If you want to have more than one conference presentations, please note that each additional presentation and paper publication is charged with an additional service fee of EUR 100.-.

Nevertheless, we invite you to submit as many abstracts to the first stage of our review process as you want. You can still decide afterwards which of your accepted papers you want to have published in the conference proceedings.

How to register

Use your MY.CORP account to sign up for the conference. A confirmation page is created automatically as soon as we have received your registration data. This confirmation also serves as invoice. All necessary data regarding your payment (amount to pay, bank details) are shown on this confirmation page, and you will also find the required information how to pay by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD only).

An important note for all participants employed by a larger institution, e. g. a university: It is absolutely necessary to make sure that your name is transmitted within the bank transfer data. Otherwise, there may be difficulties matching participants and bank transfers of their companies. Many thanks for your cooperation!

Attention to participants from Switzerland

We suggest that participants from Switzerland select another way of payment than bank transfer due to absurdly high bank transfer fees of EUR 14.50 which are deducted with every bank transfer from any Swiss bank account to our bank account.

Cancellation policy

Any conference registration on MY.CORP is binding as a matter of principle as long as the person registered or any other authorised person does not inform CORP about their cancellation of registration. Any cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days prior to the conference.

If we receive your cancellation later, you will be charged a cancellation fee of EUR 30.00 until 14 days prior to the conference.

If we receive your cancellation within 14 to 7 days prior to the conference, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the whole conference fee.

If we receive your cancellation within the last 7 days before the conference, you will be charged with the whole conference fee.

If your presentation at the conference is not held for any reason and you did not inform us about that in time, we reserve the right to remove the associated paper from the proceedings and the online archive.
